You have 1 month, following your subscription, to send these two documents. See “Am I eligible?” for more information.
Once your membership is confirmed (around 2 business days), you can immediately start using the vehicles with the mobile app or your authorized transit card (the OPUS card in Montreal and Quebec City, the Multi card in Gatineau or the Vermeilleuse in Sherbrooke).
If necessary, an RFID key can be sent on request.
Take advantage of the protection offered by the credit card you use to pay for your trips if it includes damage insurance. Simply select this option when you sign up, in your online account, or in the app.
